La villa fu ristrutturata nel 1924 dall'antica villa Biffis, per essere la casa della celebre soprano Toti Dal Monte, che qui passò anche gli ultimi giorni di vita. Progettato dall'arch. Giovanni Possamai di Solighetto, si presenta come edificio stilisticamente eclettico, tipico dell'epoca; è alto due piani e caratterizzato da torrette ai lati, e finestre polifore di ispirazione neogotica.
La villa si trova in località Barbisanello, ben inserita tra la vegetazione, in un contesto di rilievo paesaggistico con vista sui colli di Collalto e sul fiume Lierza, dove il corso si fa più impervio andando a formare le crode del Petrè, tipico luogo letterario zanzottiano.
La villa è circondata da un vasto parco con piante d'alto fusto; al suo interno anche la cappella dedicata a Sant’Antonio da Padova.

This villa was restored in 1924 from the ancient villa Biffis, in order to be the house of famous soprano Toti Dal Monte, who spent here her last days. It was projected by architect Giovanni Possamai from Solighetto and it presents as stylistically eclectic building, typical of the time; it is two floors high and characterized by little towers on the sides and windows of neogothic inspiration.
The The villa is located in Barbisanello, into the vegetation, in a relevant landscape contest with view on the hills of Collalto and river Lierza, where the flow is more impervious forming the ‘crode’ (big rocks) of the Petrè, typical literary place for poet Zanzotto.
The villa is surrounded by a wide park with tall-stem plants; inside it there is also a private chapel dedicated to Sant’Antonio from Padua.

1924 ließ die berühmte Sopranistin Toti Dal Monte die alte Villa Biffis umbauen, um sich dorthin zurückzuziehen und darin ihren Lebensabend zu verbringen. Die Villa nach einem Entwurf des Architekten Giovanni Possamai aus Solighetto ist ein Gebäude mit eklektischem Stil, der typisch für die damalige Zeit ist. Es ist zweistöckig, wird an beiden Seiten von Türmchen flankiert und hat mehrbogige Fenster mit neugotischer Inspiration.
Die Villa befindet sich in Barbisanello, mitten in der grünen, herrlichen Landschaft mit Blick auf die Hügel von Collalto und den Wildbach Lierza, der sich hier immer ungestümer zeigt und die Felskonglomerate „Crode del Pedrè“ gebildet hat, einen typischen Schauplatz im literarischen Werk des Dichters Zanzotto.
Die Villa ist von einem großen Park mit hohen Bäumen umgeben, darin befindet sich auch eine Kapelle, die dem Heiligen Antonius von Padua gewidmet ist.
